New Layout
This is the link to the removed frame
Reducing the number of frames to make it easier to read with small screen devices, but really this
blog was originally developed for PCs'.

I stopped blogging a while back, as it was quite time consuming, but I do miss creating web pages, so I've decided to revamp this blog site!
At the moment I have included a live webcam, and also tweets of my home weather sensors:
One is outside & the other is in the Conservatory

There is also weather temperature sent from my Vantage Pro & I may add more information from this weather station as well!

Last night (21/01/19) I fancied Steamed Chicken & chips
I then thought it would also be nice to do some garlic breaded mushrooms.
I found this recipe by Nick Nairnn on the BBC Food website
For the mushrooms
100g/3½oz mushrooms
100g/3½oz plain flour, seasoned with salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 free-range eggs, beaten
100g/3½oz breadcrumbs
500ml/18fl oz vegetable oil

Method
Toss the mushrooms in the flour, coat them in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a deep, heavy-bottomed pan. It is ready when a breadcrumb that is dropped in will sizzle gently in it. (CAUTION: hot oil can be dangerous. Do not leave unattended!)
Deep fry the mushrooms until golden. Carefully remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen towels.
To make the dip, place all the ingredients into a food processor, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix until smooth.

A bit of a messy job, they were very yummy!
I intended to save some for another day, but that didn't happen :-)
Oh yeah & I added garlic granules to the flour & some paprika to the breadcrumbs !!!!

I have started receiving images from the NOAA Satellites again, I made a purpose built aerial (antenna)
to try and get a stronger signal by using a more suitable aerial for this purpose.
Click on this link for more exciting info!    (They are quite away up in the sky!)

This is a recent image I achieved!  NOAA 19

On Facebook I said I may blog the Barbecue Sauce Recipe I made recently
as it was very tasty, so here it is ! (click on image for the BIG one)
