|Jay's Sticky Beans
This is a simple
recipe to enhance your baked beans in the mornings!
|1 serving of tinned baked beans in tomato
1 tsp ground black peppercorns
2-3 tsp - Cornflour (either sifted or mixed with water to make a smooth paste)
1 heaped tsp - Demerara sugar
2-3 glugs - Balsamic Vinegar
|In a suitable small pan start to cook the
tinned baked beans for a couple of minutes
(after initially dry frying some ground black peppercorns in the same pan )
Add the Cornflour, and stir in.
